Nutmeal “Oatmeal”

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup cashews
- 1/4 cup pecans
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
- 3 TBLS Flax seed
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup Unsweetened almond or coconut milk
- 1 TBLS Almond butter
- to taste himalayan salt

Combine nuts, spices, and flax in the blender or food processor to mix until coarse-grain texture
2. Whisk egg and almond milk. Mix ground nuts and almond butter into the egg/milk mixture
3. Heat the mixture in saucepan over medium heat until desired consistency is reached (3-4 minutes). Stir frequently
