Nutmeal “Oatmeal”

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup cashews
  • 1/4 cup pecans
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger
  • 3 TBLS Flax seed
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup Unsweetened almond or coconut milk
  • 1 TBLS Almond butter
  • to taste himalayan salt

Instructions

Instructions

  1. Combine nuts, spices, and flax in the blender or food processor to mix until coarse-grain texture
    2. Whisk egg and almond milk. Mix ground nuts and almond butter into the egg/milk mixture
    3. Heat the mixture in saucepan over medium heat until desired consistency is reached (3-4 minutes). Stir frequently
    4. Serve topped with 1 tsp pastured butter or coconut oil and berries if desired.
